Terms and Conditions (T&C)

of Bioplant Naturverfahren GmbH, Carl-Benz-Str. 4, D-78467 Konstanz, represented by the managing directors Sigrid Würthle and Rolf Würthle

1. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The customer may select products from the provider’s assortment and collect them in a virtual shopping cart using the “Add to cart” button. By clicking the “Place order” button, the customer submits a binding request to purchase the goods contained in the cart. Before submitting the order, the customer may view and modify the data at any time.

(2) The provider will then send the customer an automatic confirmation of receipt by email, in which the customer’s order is listed again and which can be printed via the “Print” function. This automatic confirmation constitutes acceptance of the customer’s order by the provider.

2. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights (§§ 434 ff. BGB) apply to the goods offered.

3. Storage of the Contract Text

The provider makes these T&C and the other contractual provisions together with the customer’s order data available for retrieval during the ordering process. The customer can easily archive this information by downloading the T&C and by saving the data summarised in the online shop using their browser functions.

4. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been made.

5. Contract Language

The contract language is German.

6. Information pursuant to § 36 VSBG

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and are not obliged to do so.
