Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 100 euros plus VAT at the statutory rate.

Price
The product price is per item in euros, plus VAT at the statutory rate, plus delivery charges (see below).

Terms of Payment
Deliveries within Germany are made on account.
In individual cases and for first-time orders, we reserve the right to deliver only against advance payment. For orders exceeding 250.00 euros, we reserve the right to deliver the goods only against advance payment. If the delivery address for an order is outside the Federal Republic of Germany, delivery will be made only against advance payment in individual cases.

Delivery times
Delivery will be made within 5 working days at the latest (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank (for payment in advance) or after the contract has been concluded (for purchase on account).

Delivery charges

Standard delivery:We usually dispatch all goods in parcels and small parcels via DHL GoGreen in a climate-neutral manner, thereby supporting climate protection by donating 5 cents for every DHL parcel.

Within Germany, the postage is €6.95 plus VAT.

Abroad:
For international shipments, the following postage charges per 22 kg will be applied, plus statutory VAT (shipments are handled by DHL).

€17.50: Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic
€22.00: Switzerland, Liechtenstein
€19.95: Andorra, Great Britain, Italy, San Marino, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Vatican City
€23.00: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Serbia, Ukraine, Cyprus
