1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer (any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with us in accordance with the following instructions:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BIOPLANT Naturverfahren GmbH, Carl-Benz-Str. 4, 78467 Konstanz, Tel. 0049 (0) 7531- 60473, Fax 0049 (0) 7531- 52240, email: info@biplantol.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, email or online) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online under Information → Cancel your contract. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), a confirmation of receipt containing information on the content of the notice of withdrawal, as well as the date and time of its receipt.

It is sufficient for compliance with the withdrawal period if you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us (BIOPLANT Naturverfahren GmbH, Carl-Benz-Str. 4, 78467 Konstanz) without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value results from handling that is not necessary to examine the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Note on the Non-Existence of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts

- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
